Research on the Information Resource-sharing Operational Mechanism of College Libraries

高校图书馆信息资源共享经过几十年的发展取得了一定的成果,但仍然存在共享意识淡薄、缺少统一的标准规范、缺乏相应的保障和监督、激励机制、管理体制不完善等问题。针对目前的发展现状和问题,高校图书馆应该以自身资源优势参与共享系统,建立健全高校图书馆信息资源共享机制,完善其保障机制、监督激励机制、运行平台管理机制,保证构成共享运行机制各因素有效地运行起来。

After the development of many decades, the information resources-sharing of university Libraries has made many achievements. However, there are still many problem, such as the poor sense of information resources-sharing, the lacking of unified standards, the lacking of security, monitoring and incentives mechanisms. In the view of the current status of the information resources-sharing, the authors think it is necessary to establish the information resources-sharing operational mechanism of university Libraries, and detailed analyze the elements of operational mechanism, the relationship of the elements, the system of operational mechanism.
