文章首先依据产业结构演变理论、产业关联理论、工业化与新型工业化理论,论证了西藏实现适度的新型工业化的合理性;其次通过对西藏工业化水平的评估、部分产业的效率对比、发展工业的历史与环境资源条件的研判,论证了西藏走适度的新型工业化道路的必然性;同时阐明了适度的新型工业化对于实现西藏产业结构高度化的重要意义。

This paper firstly proves the reason about Tibet operate an appropriate degree of new- type industrialization based on The theory of evolution the industrial structure, industry association theory, and the industrialization of new industrialization. Then proves the necessity which Tibet take a new road of an appropriate degree of industrialization through assess the level of industrialization, the efficiency of some industries contrast, the history of industrial development and environmental resources. It also shows the important achievement of an appropriate degree of new- type industrialization for Tibet＇s industrial sophistication.
