摘要
用3H-TdR参入法观察鹿茸多肽对兔助软骨细胞、人胚关节软骨细胞及鸡胚头盖骨成骨样细胞DNA合成的影响。结果表明,10~50μg/ml鹿茸多肽能明显刺激软骨细胞和成骨样细胞的增殖,其增殖作用有明显的量效关系且无种属特异性。
Pilose antler polypeptides (PAP) is and of activity polypeptides which is isolated from pilose antler of Cervus nippon Temminck. The effect of DNA synthesis is observed on chondrocytes of rabbit rib and embryonic human joint, and osteoblast precursor cells of embryonic chick calvaria by means of joining the 3H- TdR. The result showed that PAP 10 ~ 50 μg/ ml can promote obviously the proliferation of chondrocytes, osteoblast precursor cells, there is obvious dose dependent manner on proliferation effect and no species specificity.
