摘要
学校发展规划的制定是当前学校工作重要的一部分,关系着学校的发展和前途。本文首先介绍了学校发展规划的结构,并分析了它对于学校的重要意义。于此基础上指出上海市B中学在2005-2007年制定的学校发展规划出现的不足,针对出现的问题,提出以下对策:选择适合的价值取向,加强对传统的批判吸收及对未来的理性思考,教育专家参与规划制定的必要性。
It is the very critical part for making school development planning at school, which determining the development for your school. First of all, we learn the school development planning, and show the structure about it, then have a analysis of its important. Be based on the SDP of B middle school in Shanghai during 2005-2007, I have three ideas： choosing proper direction in sense of worth, determining absorbing form the past and thinking about future, need for the educational experts＇ joining.
