密歇根大学教育学院开发了多种教师教育方案,并根据联邦或州教育改革的需求不断地更新方案,旨在创建基于实践的教师教育新路径。密歇根大学本科层次小学教师教育方案课程设置连贯一致,注重教育实践训练和理解教育对象的多样性,以群组为单位促进反思和专业成长,认证严格。可供我国处在本科化进程中的小学教师教育改革借鉴。
The University of Michigan School of Education has developed a variety of teacher education programs, and in accordance with state or federal education reform to update these programs to create a new path of teacher education based on practice. The features of the Undergraduate Elementary Teacher Education Program at the University of Michigan School of Education is as follows: coherent curriculum, attaching importance to professional and pedagogical preparation and understand the diversity of students, taking the cohort as a unit to promote reflection and professional growth, and strict certification.Hoping to use for reference in our undergraduate elementary teacher education reform.
