摘要
目的:调查61只成人脑,122个豆状核空间形态和位置,获得豆状核的解剖学资料,为脑的立体定向手术提供定位数据。方法:在三维切面上作2毫米厚的连续切片,获得豆状核的前后径、左右径、上下径,体积及“靶心”坐标值,通过还原、重建,绘出空间投影轮廓图。结果与结论:明确了核团在脑内空间的整体构型。
The morphology data of the lentiformi nucleus were neesured for the stereotactic operation of brain Investigated in the paper are morphogeny and localization of 122 lentiformis Nucleus which involve 61 whole brains of adults The data such as the diameter of the lentiformi nucleus was obtained from Serial sections cut into slice at 2mm in thicknees in three direction The picture of the outline projection of the lentiformis Nucleus in rarious Coordinate planes are then drawn by means of refurring and reconstructing It reveals that the lentiformi nucleus is a grey mass of elongated Curved plate shape The diameter of nucleus by front and back is longer that of superior and inferior The stereotactic form of lentiformi nucleus may be divided in three parts The significance of the results studied and stereotactic operation was disscussed
