摘要
目的:对江南卷柏不同部位提取物在体外抗单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型(HSV-Ⅰ)的作用进行研究,并对其抗病毒作用机制进行初步探讨。方法:采用不同部位的提取物培养HSV-I感染的Hep-2细胞,观察比较细胞病变效应(CPE),72h后以空斑减数法测定细胞活性。结果:在Hep-2细胞体系中,江南卷柏各不同部位提取物均具有一定的抑制HSV-Ⅰ对细胞的致病变作用,使细胞存活率提高,其中含有脂溶性双黄酮和水溶性黄酮苷的部分是主要的活性部位。结论:江南卷柏可以作为新潜在的抗HSV-Ⅰ的资源植物。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-Herpes simplex virus (HSV-Ⅰ) activity of different extracts from Selaginella moelledorfii, and their antiviral mechanism. METHODS Hep-2 cells infected by HSV-Ⅰ were cultured with different extracts for 72 hours and their inhibitory effects on HSV-Ⅰ replication were evaluated by cell survival rates according to plaque reduction assay. RESUUPS In the Hep-2 cell system, all the extracts could inhibit cytopathic effect (CPE) of cells infected by HSV-Ⅰ, and increase cells' survival rates. The active sites were lipid soluble biflavone and hydrosoluble flavonoid glycoside. CONCLUSION Selaginella rnoelledorfii can be taken into account as new potential resource plants with anti-HSV-Ⅰ action.
