阿仑膦酸钠对维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠的防治作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察和分析阿仑膦酸钠(alendronate,ALD)对维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠的防治作用。方法:观察ALD(1.8,3.6mg.kg-1.d-1)对维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨灰度值、骨小梁宽度和骨小梁密度的影响。结果:与模型对照组相比,ALD可明显增加维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨灰度值,骨小梁宽度和骨小梁密度与模型对照组相比有显著差异。结论:ALD可使维甲酸所致实验性骨质疏松大鼠股骨矿密度增加,骨小梁病变改善,有明显的防治骨质疏松作用。 OBJECTIVE To evaluate and analyze the preventive and therapeutic effect of alendronate (ALD) on osteoporosis (OP) in rats induced by retinoic acid (RA). METHODS 50 SD male rats were divided into 5 groups: Control, OP; OP and treated with calcium; OP and treated with ALD at a low dose (1.8 mg.kg^-1 .d^-1 ) and OP and treated with ALD at a high dose (3.6 mg-kg^-1 .d^-1 ). OP was induced by RA. The studies were carried out to determine the effect of ALD on gray level of fe tours, bone trabeculae width and density of femoral head in rats with OP induced by RA. RESULTS After treatment with RA, the significant decreases was shown on gray level (P〈0. 01 ), bone trabeculae width (P〈0. 01) and density (P〈0. 01 ) in OP rats. ALD significantly antagonized the decreases in gray level (P〈0. 01), bone trabeculae width (P〈0. 001) and density (P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01) in rats with OP induced by RA. CONCLUSION Male SD rats clearly show OP after RA treatment. ALD significantly decreases bone mineral density loss, improves microstructure of bone trabeculae in rats with OP induced by RA. These results suggest that ALD has a distinct preventive and therapeutic effect on OP in rats induced by RA.
