摘要
目的:建立中药虎杖中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、钴等8种微量元素的火焰原子吸收光谱检测方法。方法:使用HNO3-HClO4体系消解样品,在确定的火焰原子吸收光谱法检测条件下,对虎杖中的钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、钴等8种微量元素的含量进行测定。结果:方法的线性范围宽,各元素的回收率(n=6)在99.00%~100.43%之间,RSD(n=6)在0.35%~0.90%之间。结论:方法简单、快速、灵敏、准确,适用于中药虎杖中8种微量元素的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish flame atomic absorption spectrometry for determining K,Na,Ca,Mg,Cu,Zn,Fe and Co eight trace elements in giant knotweed rhizome. METHODS The samples were digested with mixed acid of nitric acid-perchlorate, K, Na, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Fe, Co, eight trace elements in Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati were determined by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy under affirmatory working conditions. RESULTS This method had a wide linear range, the recovery rate was 99. 00%-100. 43%(n = 6) and the relative standard deviation was 0. 35%-0. 90%(n = 6) for each element. CON- CLUSION This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate. It could be used for simultaneous determination of 8 trace elements in Chinese traditional medicine Rhizoma et Radix Polygoni Cuspidati.
