Study on the effect of anti-influenza virus of EGCG

目的:研究(-)表没食子儿茶素-3-O-没食子酸酯(EGCG,epigallocatechin-3-O-gallate)的抗流感病毒活性。方法:色谱分离单体,波谱鉴定,细胞培养测定抗病毒效价。结果:EGCG具有很强的体外抗流感病毒作用,TI>60,量效关系明显。结论:EGCG抗流感病毒效价高,毒性低,安全范围宽。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the anti-influenza virus activity of compound EGCG. METHODS The compound was isolated and identified by chromatography,spectroanalysis. RESULTS The effect and potency of anti influenza virus were examined in vitro in cell culture; There was a close relationship between dose and efficacy of EGCG on the effect of anti influenza virus. CONCLUSION EGCG possesses potent inhibitory effect on influenza virus.
