摘要
目的:研究大豆异黄酮速释片的制备工艺。方法:以溶出度为考察指标,利用正交试验法考察片剂中黏合剂、崩解剂、表面活性剂的用量。结果:确定了原料药与各种辅料的最佳配比和制剂的制备工艺,即片剂10min的溶出度大于90%。结论:处方合理,制备工艺简便易行,质量可控。
OBJECTIVE To research the technology of the soooybean isoflavone fast-release tablets. METHODS The dissolution of soooybean isoflavone fast-release tablets was applied to evaluate, the drug of the adhesives, disintegrants and surfactant was optimized by means of orthogonal design. RESULTS Found the in two sorts of producer, then we could make sure the preparation,the dissolution of soooybean isoflavone fast-release tablets in 10min was higher than 90%. CONCLUSION The formulation of the soooybean isoflavone fast-release tablets was reasonable, the preparation was simple, the quantity was controlled.
