丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与低分子肝素联合治疗急性冠脉综合征

Sodium tanshinone ⅡA sulfonate combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of acute coronary artery syndrome

目的:观察丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与低分子肝素联合治疗急性冠脉综合征的疗效。方法:将96例临床病例随机分为观察组与对照组,观察治疗前后临床症状、心电图及血液流变学改变。结果:观察组症状、心电图及血液流变学均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液与低分子肝素联合使用治疗急性冠脉综合征安全有效。

OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic efficacy of sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate and low molecular weight heparin sodium in the treatment of acute coronary artery syndrome （ACS）. METHODS A total of 96 patients with ACS were randomly assigned to two groups. Symptoms, ECG and hemorrheology were checked at one day before and after treatment.RESULTS In observation group, Symptoms, ECG and hemorrheological parameters were significantly superior to those in control group（P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION Sodium tanshinone Ⅱ A sulfonate combined with low molecular weight heparin sodium is an effective and safe drug in treatment of ACS.
