高压水射流切割系统流化器密封套筒的裂纹特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用应变能密度与断裂准则对高压水射流切割系统流化器的密封套筒进行断裂力学推算,得出了理论上密封套筒的极限裂纹长度;利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立实物模型,在LS-DYNA下对带有裂纹的密封套筒进行仿真分析验证;将带有裂纹的密封套筒装配到流化器上,进行了高压试验验证。计算结果表明,该密封套筒极限裂纹长度约为5mm;仿真分析和高压试验证明了理论计算结果的正确性。 The flaw characteristic of abrasive-liquid device sealed sheath of high pressure water jet system was studied by stress-energy-density and fracture principle, and the theoretic limit-flaw-length was found. The model of sealed sheath with flaw was set up by finite element analysis software ANSYS, and the flaw-length was calculated under the LS-DYNA. The sealed sheath with flaw was tested in the abrasive-liquid device. The theoretic calculation shows that the limit-flaw-length is about 5 mm, which is validated by the emulational result and practical testing result.
