小儿清热导滞颗粒质量控制的实验研究

Experimental Studies on the Quality Control of Xiaoer Qingre Daozhi Granule

采用薄层色谱法对小儿清热导滞颗粒进行定性研究，并采用薄层扫描法测定大黄酚的含量。方法简便、结果准确、重现性好。

Xiaoer Qingre Daozhi granule was qualitatively analysed by TLC. The content of chrysophanol in the granule was determined by TLCS. Simple, accurate and reproducible, this method could be used in the quality control of the preparation.
