急性脑梗死心律失常84例临床分析

Analysis on the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia in 84 patients with acute ischemic stroke

目的观察急性脑梗死患者并发心律失常情况。方法对84例脑梗死患者进行动态心电图观察，分析心律失常的发生率类型及其与脑梗死的关系。结果84例脑梗死患者各种心律失常总检出率为78．5％。结论急性脑梗死患者心律失常发生率非常高，应高度重视，建议在治疗原发病的同时，常规做动态心电图或心电监护，加强对心律失常的诊治。

Objective To observe the incidence of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods Dynamic electrocardiogram recordings were performed in 84 patients with the acute isehemic stroke and to analyze the relationship between incidence rate and types of cardiac arrhythmia and ischemic stroke. Results Total detection rate of various cardiac arrhythmia was 78.5%. Conclusions Incidence rate of cardiac arrhythmia was of very high incidence in patients with acute ischemic stroke and should be highly attached importance to. Therapy of the primary disease ,dynamic electrocardiogram recordings, electrocardiographic monitoring conventionally, strengthening diagnosis and therapy of cardiac arrhythmia should be simultaneous.
