摘要
利用体外垂体组织培养技术及灭吐灵诱导ＨＰＲＬ（Ｈｙｐｅｒｐｒｏｌａｃｔｉｎｅｍｉａ，高泌乳素血症）小鼠模型，以溴隐亭为对照，观察敛乳方的作用。结果：敛乳方不仅可以抑制离体垂体ＰＲＬ（Ｐｒｏｌａｃｔｉｎ，泌乳素）的分泌，还可拮抗灭吐灵导致的小鼠血清ＰＲＬ升高、子宫减重、受孕率下降及性周期紊乱，上述作用与溴隐亭相似。
An in vitro system of pituitary tissue culture and a HPRL(hyperprolactinemia) mice model induced by metoclopramide were used to observe the effects of BTLD.BTLD not only inhibited the PRL(prolactin) secretion by cultured pituitary tissue,but also can antagonize increase of serum PRL,decrease of womb weight and rate of pregnancy,and disorder of sex circle caused by administration of metoclopramide,these actions of BTLD were similar to those of bromocriptine,besides,BTLD could also spur cornification of vaginal epithelium in immature mice.
