摘要
提出了一个新的模型,用于预测空气过滤中捕集效率和滤饼层空隙率。模型中粒子的产生符合正态分布,其落点符合随机均匀分布。模型预测的捕集效率随粒径和孔径比的增大而增大,滤饼层空隙率随粒径和孔径比的增大而减小。粒子的分散度对滤饼结构的影响较小。
A new model was presented to predict the collection efficiency and cake porosity during the particulate fihration of gases. The particle sizes were based on generation of the normal distribution. The particle falling locations were based on the randomly even distribution. The model predicted the cake collection efficiency, which was found to be strongly dependent on the ratio of the mean pore size of the flhermedium and the average cake porosity decreases with increasing of the ratio. The decentralization of particle is smaller to the influence of cake structure.
