摘要
采用反渗透膜技术对现有橡子淀粉生产工艺进行了改造与优化。实验结果表明:在50℃下浸提若干次,浸提液经ROC过滤4小时42分,在平均通量为50.4 kg/支·h的条件下,得到含量为71%的单宁产品;而浸提分离的固相再经粉碎、加水、离心后的离心液经ROC过滤1小时11分,平均通量31.35 kg/支.h,得到含量为35%的淀粉,同时排出的废水COD大大降低可达标排放。
This experiment adopted ROC to transformate the existing acorn starch production process. The results showed: After under 50℃ a number of leaching,under the average throughput for the 50.4 kg/a·h the leaching solution was faltered by ROC for 4 hours and 42 minutes and won for the content of 71% tannin products. After the solid-phase leaching was grinded, leached and centrifuged, under the average throughput for 31.35 kg/a·h centrifugal liquid faltered by ROC for 1 hour and 11 minutes and won the content of 35% starch. At the same time COD was so greatly reduced that Emissions standards can be.
