乡村医生参加执业考试培训的意愿调查

Surveying the Desire of Village Doctors to Participate in the Training to Pass the Licensing Examination.

目的:调查我国农村地区乡村医生为通过执业资格考试而参加培训的基本情况。方法:通过自填式问卷调查12个县内所有乡村医生。结果:为通过执业(助理)医师资格考试,79.74%的乡村医生愿意参加培训;81.44%的乡村医生需要理论培训和实践操作技能培训;乡村医生能够承担的平均培训费用为477.01元,承担费用的能力与地区经济发展水平相一致。结论:应当在理论和实践两个方面加强乡村医生继续教育和培训力度,同时对于经济落后地区应当给予一定补贴。

Objective： To analyze the condition of village doctors＇ participating in the training to pass the licensing examination. Methods： All village doctors in 12 counties were surveyed with questionnaire. Results：To pass the licensing examination, there had 79.74% of village doctors who would take part in the training, and 81.44% of them needed training in theory and practice skills. The average bearable expense is ￥477.01 .And their paying capability was consistent with their income.Conclusion：Training in theory and practice skills for village doctors should be improved,and village doctors in the poor areas should be offered subsidies.
