浙江模式是一种新兴的中国特色社会主义市场经济模式。浙江市场化改革的普适性价值在于其建立在新的财产秩序和市场秩序基础上的可扩展性,为人民群众自主创业、创新提供了内在的、清晰的激励机制和体制框架。因此,浙江出现了经济增长与人均收入、财政收入、进出口贸易、金融资产、市场物价等重要经济指标之间的良性互动。浙江模式的扩展性与新动向主要表现在:新的市场秩序的扩展,新的财产秩序的形成,专业化交易组织的成长,产业的扩张与高端攀升,构筑新型和谐劳资关系,城乡融合与一体化发展,创业富民、创新强省的总战略。

Zhejiang model is a newly emerging socialist market economy model with Chinese characteristics. The value of the universally applicable Zhejiang market-oriented reform lies in the extensibility built on the basis of the new property order and market order and in the fact that an inherent distinctive incentive mechanism and a system frame are provided for the entrepreneurship and innovation of the masses. Therefore, virtuous interaction between the economic growth and such important economic norms as per capita income, financial income, import ＆ export trade, financial capital and prices emerges in Zhejiang. The extensibility and new move of Zhejiang model are mainly shown in the extension of the new market order, the formation of the new property order, the growth of specialized transaction organizations, the expansion and high-end scaling of the industry, the construction of a new, harmonious labor-capital relation, the urban-rural integral development and the total strategy of enriching the people and rejuvenating the province through entrepreneurship and innovation.
