摘要
指出了目前电网规划中经济评估过程的不足之处。结合电网建设实际情况,提出一种易于在电网规划中推广的经济评价方法,有效地考虑了用户侧供电可靠度的经济价值。基于该方法并借助Visual C++6.0开发了电网经济评估软件平台。按照模块化设计,系统由参数选择模块、会计报表分析模块、辅助计算模块、计算结果分析模块、结果输出显示模块5部分组成。该系统已在部分省县级电网规划中得到了推广应用。应用实例证明了该评估方法简单、合理、易于推广的优越性。
The shortages of current economy assessment methods in network planning were pointed out. According to the actual situation of power grids, a new economy assessment method which is easy to be promoted in network plan- ning was proposed. Based on that, the economy assessment software for power grids was designed using Visual C + + 6.0. The software system consists of five modules i.e. the parameter choosing module, the statement analysis mod- ule, the auxiliary calculation module, the result analysis module, and the output module. The system was applied to network planning for provinces such as Guizhou, Yunnan, Qinghai, and Sichuan, and the results proved the method simple, reasonable, and easy to promote.
