摘要 通过分析单独报价和协同报价两类情况下发电厂利润的差异,提出了用Shapley值解决整体利润在多个协同报价电厂之间的分配方法。针对电力市场协同报价的特点,分析了经典的Shapley值分配模型的不足之处,综合考虑各电厂在协同报价中的贡献程度、风险及阻塞等影响利润分配结果的因素,建立了具有修正因子的改进Shapley值分配模型。算例分析表明,改进的Shapley值分配模型可以有效实现协同电厂之间利润分配的公平性,并能够起到较好的激励作用,从而保证电厂协同报价的持续性和稳定性。 Through analysis of the difference in profits obtained by the power plant under two bidding methods, i.e. single bidding and collaborative bidding, the method of using the Shapley value to distribute profits among power plants of collaborative bidding was proposed. Based on the features of collaborative bidding in the electricity market, the disadvantages of conventional Shapley value distribution model were analyzed, and an improved Shapley value model with modification factors was constructed. The new model fully considers factors that may affect profit distribution, such as the contribution degree, risks beard, and congestion of the power plants. Calculation example indicated that this improved Shapley value distribution model could effectively realize fair distribution of profits among collabora- tive power plants and could serve as an incentive for them.
