摘要
将基于热经济学结构理论的性能分析及前瞻性故障诊断方法应用于某630 MW电厂。建立了系统的热经济学生产模型,使用基于燃料——产品定义的热经济学模型和成本模型量化设备之间的生产关系,针对汽机在额定功率下的3VWO和4VWO两种不同运行方式,计算各个组元的单位成本,定量研究各种运行参数对组元的成本的影响。结果表明所提出的性能分析方法在一定程度上弥补了传统热力学分析的不足,为电厂及其他复杂能量转换系统运行的经济性分析和优化提供了一套行之有效的方法。
The thermo-economics based performance analysis and predictive fault diagnosis were applied to a 630 MW unit. The thermo-economics production model was build, and the thermo-economics model and the exergy cost model based on the fuel-product concept were used to quantify the productive relati6nship between different equipment. The 3VWO and 4VWO conditions were analyzed, and the effects of operational parameters on the exergy cost of each com- ponent were studied. The results showed that the proposed performance analysis method could offset the defects of the conventional thermodynamic method, and can be used for cost-effective operation analysis and is effective in economy analysis and optimization for power plants and other complex energy conversion systems.
