摘要
提出运用经济、技术、行政三大策略来完善上海市东电网的电力需求侧管理,以期正确引导终端用户合理用电,最终能实现社会、电力公司和用户都获益的"三赢"目标。
It was proposed to apply economic, technical, and administrative strategies to improve power DSM for Shanghai Shidong Grid. The objective was to guide the end customers to consume electricity appropriately and to realize the target of ＂thee wins＂ among the social, the grid companies, and the customers.
