卵巢黄体破裂25例临床诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of fracture of yellow body of ovary (25 cases)

目的探讨卵巢黄体破裂的临床诊治经验。方法回顾性分析该院25例卵巢黄体破裂患者的诊疗资料。结果22例入院后行急诊手术,术中探查均见卵巢黄体囊肿破裂,明确诊断后均行修补术;3例保守治疗。25例均痊愈出院。结论详细了解病史并全面体检,进行必要的辅助检查,特别是尿HCG测定和B超检查,有助于卵巢黄体破裂诊断;病情轻者可以保守治疗,必要时开放手术。

[Objective] To approach the diagnosis and treatment of fracture of yellow body of ovary. [Method] We retrospective reviewed 25 eases with fracture of yellow body of ovary which treated in our hospital. [Results] 22 cases received open operation in time, fracture of yellow body of ovary was found in the operation, and neoplasty was performed. 3 cases received conservative treatment. All cases were cured. [Conclusion] Detailed history and medi- cal examination, and auxiliary examination especially of HCG and sonography examination was helpful to the diagnosis of fracture of yellow body of ovary. Conservative treatment and open operation should be performed according to the patient＇s condition.
