应用二尖瓣环运动速度评价高血压患者左室舒张功能的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的应用定量组织速度成像技术测定二尖瓣环运动速度评价高血压患者左室舒张功能的价值。方法观察该院30例高血压患者和正常组30例,对这两组分别获取心尖左室长轴、心尖四腔、心尖左室两腔断面图像,测定左室各壁运动速度Ve、Va值,并计算Ve/Va比值,将两组结果作对比研究。结果高血压组左室各壁Ve值及Ve/Va值均低于正常组(P<0.05)。结论定量组织速度成像测定二尖瓣环运动速度能较准确地评价高血压患者的左室舒张功能。 [Objective] To analyse mitral annulus velocity measured by quantitative tissue velocity imaging (QTVI) and to evaluate left ventricular function of the patients with hypertension. [Methods] 30 patients with hypertension were compared with 30 healthy subjects, examing Tissue Motion Velocity numbers (Ve, Va, Ve/Va) in different walls of left ventricular. [Results] Compared with the healthy subjects, the patients with hypertension show lower Ve, Ve/Va ratio of all walls (P 〈0.05). [ Conclusion] The mitral annular velocity determined by QTVI can accurately evaluate the left ventrieular diastolic function on hypertension patients.
