摘要
实验并分四组,三组为感染约氏疟原虫的斯氏按蚊(阳性蚊),一组为阴性蚊,即:(1)实验组A(阳性蚊)一饲养糖水中加入100μ/ml培福新。(2)实验组B(阳性蚊)-饲养糖水中加入10μg/ml培福新。(3)对照组A(阳性蚊)一饲养糖水中无培福新。(4)对照组B(阴性蚊)一饲以糖水。四组的2日平均产卵数分别为49.5,48.2,51.6和42.5/蚊;幼虫孵化率分别为80.0,84.7,80.0及82.0%;蚊吸血后第20日存活率分别为89.8,87.0,83.5及88.5%。此外,实验组A、B及对照组A阳性蚊胃卵囊感染率分别为100,95.0及100%;每只蚊胃平均卵翼数分别为147.5,137.0及165.6。结果提示培福新对感染约氏疟原虫的斯氏按蚊产卵、幼虫孵化、卵囊的形成无明显影响,而吸食培福新糖水的斯氏按蚊死亡率较吸食单纯糖水的对照组A有所下降。
Four groups i.e. Experimental group A, B and Control group A, B were designed in the experiment. An. infected with P. yoelii were allocated into Experimental group A,B and Control group A while the negative An. stephensi into Control group B.The treatment of the 4 groups were as follows: (1)Experimental group A-fed with sugar water added 100 μg/ml Peflacine. (2) Experimental group B-fed with sugar water added 10 μg/ml Peflacine. (3)Control group A-fed with sugar water. (4)Control group B-fed with sugar water In 4 groups,the averagr eggs laid in 2 days were 49. 5, 48. 2,51. 6 and 42. 5 per female mosquito; the incubatbo rates of larva 80. 0, 84. 7, 80. 0 and 82. 0% fthe survival rate8 on the 20th day 89. 8, 87. O, 83. 5,and 88. 5% respetively' Besides, in Experimental A, B and Control group A,the oocyst iofection rates were 100, 95. 0 and 100% while the average oocyst number 147. 5, 137. 0 and 165. 6 per female mosquito. The results revealed that the ovipeition, larvae incubation rate, oocyst development of the mosquito were not signifcantly affected by Peflacine. But Peflacine seemed to be able to reduce the death rate of mosqulto in Experimental group A and B as compared with the Control group A.
