Parameters Optimization of a Hybrid Electric Vehicle Based on Niche Genetic Algorithms

摘要 作为典型的多目标优化问题,混合动力汽车参数优化必须处理燃油经济性和排放之间的非线性和相互冲突关系。以一辆实例样车的动力系统和逻辑门限值控制策略为例,采用小生境遗传算法,将其做离线参数优化。仿真结果表明,该方法可以找到多组Pareto最优解,在满足车辆特定性能的前提下,显著地改善车辆燃油经济性和排放。 As a typical multi-objective optimization problem, parameters optimization of HEV powertrain and control strategy must deal with the conflict and nonlinear between objectives, as fuel economy and emissions. In this paper, take powertrain and a logic threshold control strategy of a real vehicle as an example, applying the niche genetic algorithms for off-line parame ters optimization. Simulation results indicate that the proposed approach can find many Pareto optimal solutions to improve fuel economy and reduce emissions under the precondition to aassure the specific performance.
