摘要
某铝合金锻件在进行质量检查时发现了面状缺陷。采用显微组织检查、力学性能测试、化学成分分析、SEM和EDAX以及相控阵超声检测等方法对锻件缺陷产生的原因进行了分析。结果表明:锻件的缺陷是其在切割过程中产生的,其主要原因是锻件内部存在残余应力。
The defect in aluminum alloy forgings was found during the processing in quality inspection. Examinations and analysis were performed by means of microstrueture inspection, mechanical property measurement, chemical composition analysis, SEM, EDAX, phased array ultrasonic inspection and so on. The results showed that the defect in forgings was produced during cutting. Residual stress was the main reason of cracking.
