摘要
某轧机的冷轧工作辊的辊颈传动侧内部经超声波探伤发现有严重的线性缺陷。采用宏、微观检验和能谱分析等方法对该缺陷进行了分析。结果表明:该缺陷是氧化铁夹渣物。
By ultrasonic inspection, it was found that there was serious linear defect inside the neck belt of a working roll. The defect was analyzed by metallographic examination, the result showed that the defect was iron oxide slag inclusion.
