摘要
针对机油温度高的故障,对机油冷却器进行多方案优化设计,借助CFD仿真技术对比分析,选定最优方案,缩短了设计开发周期。试制件经台架整机试验验证效果好,与仿真结果基本吻合,达到预期整改目的。
In order to deal with the problem of high temperature of lube oil, several optimization programmes were carried out on the oil cooler. And the best one was selected with the help of CFD, which resulted in reduction of development period. The trial -produced oil cooler was validated through full engine test, and the results are basically the same with the simulation results, which means the optimization aim was reached finally.
