摘要 不溶性固体微粒可吸附在乳液液滴表面形成界面微粒层,替代传统化学乳化剂用于稳定乳剂。简述了近年来纳米二氧化硅稳定乳液系统的研究进展,重点介绍了纳米二氧化硅稳定乳液的机制、影响其稳定效应的因素以及界面微粒层对药物释放动力学和溶出性质的影响等。 Water-insoluble solid particles can replace common surfactants to improve the stability of emulsions by forming interfacial layers on the emulsion droplets. This review focuses on the stabilization mechanism and influence factors of silica nanoparticles, especially the influence of interfacial layers on drug release behavior and dissolution property.
