摘要 [目的]探索提高顶坛花椒种子萌发率的关键技术。[方法]通过顶坛花椒的田间种子萌发试验,初步探索采种时间等技术措施对种子萌发的影响。[结果]立秋至白露,采种越晚,种子萌发率越高。其中,8月20日采种的种子萌发率为8月7日采种的2.22倍,而9月5日采种的种子萌发率仅为8月20日采种的1.26倍。经洗衣粉、碱水、湿沙埋藏脱脂催芽处理的种子萌发率比冷水直接浸泡处理的种子萌发率高,碱水处理的效果最好。撒播出苗率平均为沟播的6.58倍。不同施肥处理对顶坛花椒种子萌发的影响极显著,播种方式对种子萌发的影响显著,而采种时间、种子处理方式对种子萌发的影响不显著。[结论]该研究为顶坛花椒的优质、高效栽培提供了科学依据。 [ Objective ] The aim of the experiment was to explore the key technology of enhancing the germination rate of Zanthoxylum planispinum var. dintanensis seeds. [ Method] The influences of technological measures such as seed collection time on seed germination were explored preliminarily through the field seed germination experiment on dingtanensis. [ Result] From the beginning of autumn to white dew, the later the seeds were collected, the higher the seed germination rate was. In this duration, the germination rate of seeds collected on Aug. 20th was 2.22 times of that of seeds collected on Aug. 7th and that of seeds collected on Sep. 5th was only 1.26 times of that of seeds collected on Aug. 20th. The germination rates of seeds treated by detergent, alkali water, degreasing and accelerating germination by wet-sand burying were higher than that of seeds treated by directly soaking in cold water and the treatment effect of alkali water was best. The average emergence rate of bruadcast sowing was 6.58 times of that of furrow sowing. The influences of different fertilization treatments on the germination of dingtanensis seeds were extremely significant, that of sowing ways were significant and that of seed collection time and seed-treatment methods were not significant. [ Conclusion] The study provided scientific basis for the good - quality and high efficient cultivation of dingtaneusis.
