摘要
[目的]应用组织培养技术,研究北五味子组织培养诱导成活技术。[方法]采用MS基本培养基,添加不同浓度的植物激素,选择无污染的北五味子茎,进行组织培养随机试验。根据试验结果来研究不同浓度植物激素对北五味子诱导成活率的影响,筛选北五味子诱导分化较适合的培养基。[结果]培养基中以MS+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+6-BA 0.15 mg/L+NAA 0.50 mg/L的诱导效果较好。[结论]通过配制不同浓度NAA的培养基,对北五味子诱导分化进行试验研究,MS+琼脂8 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L+6-BA 0.15 mg/L+NAA0.50 mg/L最适合北五味子茎分化。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this study was to use the technology of tissue culture to study tissue culture induced survival techniques on Schisandrae chinensis. [ Method ] Adopting the basic medium of MS, adding different density of the phylohormone and choosing non-polluted stem of Schisandrae chinensis to carry out the random test. Study the impact of different density of the phylohormone on inducing the survival rate of Schisandrae chinensis according to the results and screen the appropriate medium for Schisandrae chirtensis' s induction and differentiation. [ Result] The inducing survival rate was the highest in the medium of MS + 0.15 mg/L 6-BA + 0.50 mg/L NAA + 30 g/L sucrose + 8 g/L agar. [ Conclusion ] Through preparing the mediums with different density of NAA, studied on Schisandrae chinensis' s induction and differentiation, then found out that the medium of MS + 0.15 mg/L 6-BA + 0.50 mg/L NAA + 30 g/L sucrose + 8 g/L agar was the most suitable medium for the stem of Schisandrae chinensis' s differentiation.
