Asset Assessment on Lankao State-owned Forest Farm

对国有兰考林场的森林资产进行评估,林地评估采用市价法,林木评估根据林木所处的不同龄组,采用了不同的评估方法。为建立森林资源有偿使用制度,合理利用与配置提供基础依据,目的在于促进该场资产的增值和保值。

Forest asset assessment of the Lankao state-owned forest farm was done in this paper. Forest land was evaluated by current price, and based on the different age group of the trees, different methods of assessment were used when assessing the forest trees. It provided the basic allocation for establishing a system of compensation for the use of forest resources, rational use and the aim of the promotion was to preserve and increase the value of the assets.
