红曲霉与健胃中药合生素对小鼠常规指标影响的研究

Effects of Monascus and Chinese Traditional Medicine Synbiotics on the Conventional Indices of Mice

[目的]阐明红曲霉与健胃中药合生素的安全性。[方法]用昆明种小白鼠进行了90 d喂养试验。在给药3个月后对小白鼠进行了常规指标、血液指标、脏器系数以及肝、肾的病理组织学检查。[结果]试验结果表明,小白鼠的常规指标、血液指标、脏器系数与对照组无显著差异。[结论]添加1%剂量红曲霉与健胃中药合生素时可提高饲料利用率,但差异不显著(P>0.05);同时添加红曲霉与健胃中药合生素剂量大于3%时可对实质性器官造成损害。

[ Objective ] To clarify the safety of Monascus and Chinese traditional medicine synbiotics. [ Method ] The toxicology experiment of 90 days feeding was carried on Kunming mice. The mice were examined for routine target, blood target, and organ coefficient, liver, and renal after 3 months experiment. [ Result ] The results showed that there was no significant difference of routine target, blood target, and organ coefficient between control and experiment groups. [Conclusion] Adding 1% Monascus and Chinese traditional medicine synbiotics could improve the forage availability, but the difference was not significant（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. When the adding level was higher than 3%, it could cause injury to parenchymatous organ.
