水污染事故损失中各指标影响程度的确定

Impact Determination on the Various Indicators of the Losses Caused by Water Pollution Accidents

从生态、经济和社会3方面建立水污染事故损失的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法计算各指标的权重。结果表明,在评价指标体系的3个一级指标中,生态损失的影响最大,社会损失的影响最小;在15个二级指标中,水体污染率的影响程度最大,土地资源损失的影响程度最小。

This study aimed to establish an evaluation index system for water pollution accident losses from the aspects of ecological, economic and social losses. At the same time, the weighting of each index calculated by AHP were used to evaluate the degree of water pollution accidents. Evaluation results show that among the 3 first-indices of losses in the evaluation index system, the impact on ecological losses （ C1 ） was the most, and that on social losses （C3 ） was the least. In addition, among the 15 sub-indices of evaluation index system, the impact on the water pollution rate （C15） was the most, and that on land resources loss （C11） was the least.
