The concept of traveling shopping market and traveling commodity and traveling shopping market interest relation were introduced, the deep level reasons of interest relation unbalanced were investigated by analyzing the benefit imbalaneed phenomenon of traveling shopping market, finally the measures of coordinated interest relation were put forward.
