急性肺血管反应试验在肺动脉高压中的作用 被引量：3

摘要 肺动脉高压（pulmonary arterial hypertension，PAH）的主要特征是肺动脉血管阻力进行性升高，最终导致患者右心衰竭而死亡。尽管近几年来，PAH的诊断和治疗均取得了长足的进展，但是还是缺乏规范的PAH诊断流程及标准，没有统一的治疗方案，临床医师往往根据自己的经验来制订治疗方案，甚至滥用钙通道阻滞剂及某些血管扩张剂，这不仅增加了患者的经济负担，同时也影响了患者的正规化治疗。
