On the Sustainable Development of Rural Library in Economically Underdeveloped Areas

农村图书室是丰富农民业余文化生活的重要场所,其功能的正常发挥和建设状况的好坏,直接影响到构建社会主义新农村的步伐,借助农村图书室的文化传播功能可以有效地提高当地农民的文化水平,文章以经济欠发达地区农村图书室为研究对象,在掌握客观事实的基础上进行原因分析,并从图书室建设、购书、管理、经费等方面提出农村图书室可持续发展的对策。

Rural library is an important place for farmers to enrich cultural life and its function and construction condition directly affect me pace of building the new socialist countryside and the spreading culture function of rural library can effectively raise the local farmers＇ culture level. With the study of the rural library in economically underdeveloped areas and on the basis of facts, this paper analyzes the reasons and puts forward some measures for the snstainable development of rural library from many aspects such as rooms, books buying, management, budget and so on. 5 refs.
