摘要
高校图书馆员职业懈怠对图书馆事业发展的消极作用日益凸现,如何引进激励机制,并利用不同的激励手段来重新激发馆员的工作热忱以达到抑制职业懈怠是图书馆工作的一个重要方向。
It becomes more and more obvious that professional nonfeasanee of university librarians has had negative influences on the development of library. Thus, it is a major trend of library work on how to introduce incentive machanism and take different encouragement meansures to rekindle librarians' enthusiasm in work so as to suppress their professional nonfeasance. 3 ref.
