文章通过分析《人民日报》图书馆工作的发展趋势和新闻采编人员需求新特点,阐明报社图书馆工作的终极目标就是新闻采编人员服务效益最大化的观点,即让新闻采编人员最便利、最"自由"利用图书,并获得最好的效益。
Through analyzing the trends of the library work and the new demand characteristics of the journalism interviewing and editing workers in People＇ s daily, this paper expounds that the ultimate goal of library work is to maximize the service benefits of the journalism interviewing and editing workers, that is, to let the journalism interviewing and editing workers most conveniently and ＂freely＂ use the books and obtain the best benefit. 3 refs.
