摘要 应用碳包覆固相法合成锂离子电池Li3V2(PO4)3正极材料.X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜表征材料的结构和观察表面形貌.材料的电阻和电化学性能测试表明,碳包覆Li3V2(PO4)3材料可避免颗粒团聚,减小颗粒尺寸,提高材料电导率,改善其电极的电化学性能. The carbon coating Li3V2 (PO4)3 powder samples were synthesized by carbon mcorporation state reaction. The structure, morphology and electrochemical properties have been studied by X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and automatic battery tester system, respectively. Carbon coating on Li3V2 (PO4)3 would prevent the particles from agglomerating, reduce the particle size, raise the conductivity and improve the samples' electrochemical performance.
