多菌灵在改性钠基蒙脱土修饰电极上的电化学行为及测定 被引量:2

摘要 制备FeCl3改性钠基蒙脱土修饰电极,循环伏安法研究多菌灵在该电极上的电化学行为,以及溶液pH值、扫描速率、修饰剂用量等影响因素,并测定电极反应的部分动力学参数.结果表明,该电极过程由扩散步骤控制,转移电子数17,=2,电极的活化表面积A=0.027cm^2,扩散系数D=5.115×10^-6cm^2/s.在优化测定条件下发现,峰电流的一阶导数值与多菌灵浓度在2.00×10^-5~8.00×10^-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系.i’p=-8.045×10^-7-0.0237c,相关系数R=-0.9965,检出限为2.41×10^-6mol/L.线性扫描伏安法测得BCM试样的回收率为95.73%~104.0%. The FeCl3 modified clay electrode was made. The electrochemical behavior of earbendazim on the modified electrode was studied by cyclic voltammetry. The impacts of pH, scan rate and dosages (BCM) of modi- tier were discussed and the important kinetic parameters of the electrochemical process were determined. The results indicated that the process was controlled by diffusion. The effective area of FeMM-CMC/GCE (A) = 0. 027 cm^2, the transfer electron numbers (n) =2 and the diffusion coefficient (D) =5. 115 × 10^-6cm^2/s. Under the optimized conditions, a good linearity was found between the first order derivative of peak current and concentration of BCM in the range of 2.00 × 10^-5 - 8.00 × 10^-4mol/L, with i'p = -8. 045 × 10^-7 -0.0237c, correlation coefficient R = -0.9965, and the detect limitation of 2.41 × 10^-6 mol/L. The recovery of BCM was detected with linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) were between 95.73% and 104.0%.
