摘要 分析了虚拟供应链的内涵和特点,探讨了由于这些特点所产生的治理难题,在回顾和归纳信任理论的基础上,尝试利用信任理论,构建适合虚拟供应链的新型治理机制。 The paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of virtual supply chain （VSC） and its governance problems. Based on reviewing and concluding the trust theory, it tries to establish a new virtual supply chain governance mechanism using the trust theory.
