摘要
讨论了在固定生产率和需求率下,一类变质性产品在允许缺货的不稳定生产系统中生产库存策略。假设变质率是常数,且生产系统从正常状态转移到失控状态的时间长度服从负指数分布,证明了最优生产时间存在,并给出了算法和算例。
The paper discusses the production-inventory policy for deteriorating items in an imperfect production system with allowable shortages under the conditions of fixed production rate and demand rate. Assuming that the deteriorating rate is constant and the elapsed time of the production process in 'in-control' state is exponentially distributed, an efficient algorithm is developed to find the optimal solutions. Furthermore, a numerical example is provided.
