本文介绍了吉林省地震应急指挥技术系统的系统构成、技术框架,系统的主要功能特点及相关的技术指标,应用前景及系统评价。
This paper introduced the composing and frame on the Jilin earthquake emergency command system. It introduced the central function and the technical target. It evaluated the efficiency and the applying prospect on the system.
