Einstein＇s solid model was used to research the dispersion relation. Firstly, we use the time-dependent perturbation theory to calculate the behavior of a harmonic oscillator in a alternating electric field, and then by using the canonical ensemble, we get the dispersion relation based on Einstein＇s solid model.
