摘要
本文分析了住宅新风量的重要性,与通风方程中三个参数相关的社会学指标。着重介绍了新风量与居住实态的关系,强调了向住宅引入新风时应满足居民对新风的消费权益。最后提出了住宅新风量应是一个可调节的范围而非定值。
This paper introduced the importance of fresh air requirernent in residential buildings and the sociological indexes related to the three parameters in the ventilation equation, especially the relationship between fresh air requirement and real living state. At last, it was concluded that the fresh air requirement in residential buildings should bc an adjustable range rather than a fixed value.
