摘要 本文主要报道了以无水NbCl5为原料,在控制一定的制备条件下,经氨法合成了若干铌醇盐,并对其进行了各种鉴别和测试.研究了产物的水解及热处理过程,无定形产物至晶型Nb2O5的转化温度为573℃,并制得粒径约0.5μm,分布尚均匀的超细颗粒.溶胶涂覆于光纤成膜,可增加光纤强度. This paper mainly reports how to synthesize certain niobium alkoxides under some conditions of controlling the preparation with waterless NbCl5 as raw materials by ammonia method. The synthetical parameters on the technique have been analyzed and the Nb alkoxides also identified by a variety of spectra. The process of the hydrolysis of the products and their heat treatment has also been studied to learn about the transformation temperature of 573℃ from the amorphous to the crystal of Nb2O5. The prepared particle size of the ultrafine powder is about 0.5 μm, the distribution of which was homogeneous. Films of Nb2O5 coated on the optical fibers from the sol can lead to increasing flexible strength of the fibers.
