摘要
本文主要报道了以无水NbCl5为原料,在控制一定的制备条件下,经氨法合成了若干铌醇盐,并对其进行了各种鉴别和测试.研究了产物的水解及热处理过程,无定形产物至晶型Nb2O5的转化温度为573℃,并制得粒径约0.5μm,分布尚均匀的超细颗粒.溶胶涂覆于光纤成膜,可增加光纤强度.
This paper mainly reports how to synthesize certain niobium alkoxides under some conditions of controlling the preparation with waterless NbCl5 as raw materials by ammonia method. The synthetical parameters on the technique have been analyzed and the Nb alkoxides also identified by a variety of spectra. The process of the hydrolysis of the products and their heat treatment has also been studied to learn about the transformation temperature of 573℃ from the amorphous to the crystal of Nb2O5. The prepared particle size of the ultrafine powder is about 0.5 μm, the distribution of which was homogeneous. Films of Nb2O5 coated on the optical fibers from the sol can lead to increasing flexible strength of the fibers.
